Kingston Record Hall VisitThe Shawangunk Historical Society was invited to visit the Kingston Record Center on June 19, 2010 by the Plattekill Historical Society. Five people from Wallkill attended: Al Smiley, Freda Fenn, Toni Gaga, MaryLou Van Aken, Harold Van Aken. The Center was very modern and well-organized with very knowledgeable and pleasant personnel. The visit was organized by Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack. The tour covered three areas of the Center: Record Storage Racks, Safe for Original Old Documents & the Photo & copying area. |
